Rushab Nandha is an artist, composer and mastering engineer based in Nairobi, Kenya. His work draws on themes of relation and serves to uncover the hidden relationships between seemingly disparate sonic structures — where, through the function of sound design, familiar sounds are recontextualised in unconventional and often unintended ways — that challenge listeners to reconsider their relationship with sound, and their inherent perceptions of it. It is a practice that cultivates sound as triggers for interpretation that seek to enliven the ear as a means to investigate the reaches of music.
